Sales Associate (PART-TIME) Base $16 hour Tips after training period (average tips add $1.5-$3/per hour or more during holidays and events).

MUST BE AVAILABLE: Thu, Fri, and Sun 1130am-930pm to cover opening or closing.

(12-18 HOURS PER WEEK). Additional during popular holidays. Great as a supplemental, or second part-time job.

We are open 7 days a week Mon-Thu 2pm-9pm / Fri-Sat 12pm-10pm / Sun 12pm-9pm

Store Associate Responsibilities include but not limited to:

PROVIDE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

· Greet customers in a welcoming manner.

· Direct customers by escorting them to products or information and answering questions.

· Drive sales through engagement of customers, providing suggestions, and sharing product knowledge.

· Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing cash, gift cards and store or other credit and debit cards.

· Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking, replenishing merchandise.

· Packaging, and preparing merchandise for sale

· Learn to perform all store opening and closing tasks.

· Assist with kitchen and chocolate preparation tasks.

· Perform other tasks as needed and requested.

Qualifications and Skills for Store Associate include but not limited to:

· Attention to detail

· People skills

· Superb verbal and written communication

· Ability to retain knowledge on various products.

· Dependability

· General math and computer skills

· General kitchen and cleaning skills

· Ability to lift 20 pounds and be on your feet for 4-6 hours

· High school diploma or GED (required)

· Previous experience in a retail or food service a plus
